We're hiring!
Radial Coffee Co. is looking for a passionate and skilled part-time barista to join our team. We’re a close-knit team of committed coffee aficionados who believe in building relationships with our producers, wholesale partners, and community members, and we're looking for someone who shares our values.

Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista (2 years preferred)
Knowledge and passion for coffee
Comfortable adapting to new drink additions and seasonal menu changes
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Coffee Concierge (Part-Time)

Radial Coffee Co. is looking for a friendly and reliable part-time cashier to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our community. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we would love to chat.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a cashier (1 years preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy coffee shop
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
